1. Use
Genefy is a browser-based notification page for Genesys call alerts. Users must keep the page open during the shift.
2. Non-commercial project status
Genefy is currently a personal, non-commercial technical project. It is not offered as a sales product and is not operated for profit.
3. Access
Access is limited to allowed organizations and approved users. Self-registration is available only for allowed email domains and requires active agreement to the Terms of Use, confirmation that the Privacy Policy was read, and email verification. Genefy stores a proof record for the legal acceptance, including the accepted legal versions and timestamp.
4. Backup and recovery
Administrators may export and restore Genefy configuration, users, access records, organization data, legal acceptance proof, audit data, and sender settings for recovery after a reinstall or security incident. Daily email backup is an administrator-controlled recovery feature.
5. No operating-system focus guarantee
The website can use notifications, sound, tab flashing, and a floating browser window. It cannot guarantee appearing above every program or browser window.
6. Responsibility
Users remain responsible for monitoring Genesys Cloud and their interactions directly. This website is a supporting alert tool.
7. Ownership and operation
Genefy, its interface, brand assets, configurations, and underlying website/plugin functions are operated and developed by Wael Joseph. Use by an employer, company, or customer does not transfer ownership of Genefy unless there is an explicit written agreement.
